Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, UPI and Net banking.

Shipping & Returns

Brainwave61 ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.
You can reach us at brainwave.in61@gmail.com or +91 7888588897 between Monday-Saturday, 11am-7pm incase of any queries.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 7-14 working days and if possible 1 day delivery in Mumbai. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Brainwave61 cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping is calculated on basis of weight of the product. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. 

No return or exchange until unless received got damaged product on CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) orders.

Personalised products will not be return & exchange.

 

Returns & Exchange :

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Brainwave61 has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on business.brainwave61@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damage, please email us   business.brainwave61@gmail.com on the same day when the parcel has been delivered and we will help you out.
